Use Your Logicality
Although looking for flaws in a suspected piece of misinformation can create an arrow pointing in the right direction for the majority of the time – in some cases, ones that are trickier to decipher due to conflicting reasons (such as this has been rarely spoken about but has no flaws) – may require a bit of your own logic to decide whether it’s legit. In situations similar to this, try thinking of the likelihood of something like this happening, would the thing targeted act in such a way? On another angle, would the information sound too good to be true? Or on a different perspective, would this sort of thing be shared in public? Branching out your thinking and thinking outside the box adds a major factor in concealiating your view if something is potential misinformation.
